- Manage influencer partnerships and online community engagement initiatives.
- Develop engaging campaigns that drive product launches, promotions, and special events.
- Organize and spearhead social media contests and giveaways to increase reach and engagement.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media efforts, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including analytics and advertising strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
